What rights are you guys purchasing, and how long an exclusivity period would you want? I didn’t see that information listed on the “Call for Submissions” page.
We license first English Language Anthology print and electronic rights for a period of three (3) years with the option to renew every two (2) years. For original stories, we ask that the story be exclusive to us for a period of one (1) year following the first date of publication and non-exclusive after that for the duration of the agreement.
I have a piece of fiction that is just under 1,000 that perfectly fits your theme. Do you accept work shorter than 2,000 words?
We prefer the stories to be at least 2,000 words in length, but we have been known to break our own rules. 🙂 Please feel free to submit your story for our consideration.
